What VendingConnect is

VendingConnect is a referral and matching service. We connect businesses seeking vending machines, micro markets, or office coffee service with independent vending operators. We are not a vending operator. We do not own, install, stock, service, or repair machines, and we are not a party to any agreement you sign with an operator.

For locations

Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation. By submitting, you authorize us to share your request details with vending operators in your area and you agree those operators may contact you. Any equipment placement, product selection, commission arrangement, pricing, or service level is agreed directly between you and the operator. We make no guarantee that an operator will accept your location, and "free placement" depends on an operator determining that your site qualifies.

For operators

VendingConnect is operated by Odyssey Phone Inc, and card charges are processed under that name — your statement will show it rather than “VendingConnect”. Network membership is billed at $39 per month, charged at signup and monthly thereafter, and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund the current period. Membership grants access to location leads and does not guarantee any number of leads, any lead quality outcome, or any resulting placements. Leads are distributed to operators covering the area and claimed on a first-come basis. You are responsible for your own licensing, insurance, taxes, equipment, and service obligations, and for complying with applicable law including telemarketing and messaging rules when you contact a location.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false information, submit requests for locations you do not represent, scrape or resell lead data, or use the service to send unsolicited marketing unrelated to vending. We may suspend or remove any account for misuse.

No warranty

The site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any operator or location will perform as expected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendingConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service or from any dealings with an operator or location. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold VendingConnect harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with any operator or location.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
