Are leads exclusive to me?
Leads go out to every operator covering that ZIP at the same time, and the first to reply claims it. Once a lead is claimed it is yours — we stop sending it to anyone else.
What area do I get leads for?
You set a primary service city and radius. You will be alerted to locations within roughly 100 miles of your service area.
How many leads should I expect?
Honestly, it depends on your market and we will not quote you a number that does not hold. Dense metros generate steadily; rural territories are lumpier. The network is also newer in some areas than others. It is $39 with no contract, so the cheapest way to find out is one month in your own territory.
Do you take a cut of my vending revenue?
No. Once you place the machine, the account and all of its revenue are yours. We only charge the membership fee.
What are the requirements to join?
You need machines available to place, the ability to service accounts in your stated area, and standard business insurance. You can join immediately — we check new operators after signup and refund anyone who is not set up to service locations.
What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
It shows as ODYSSEY PHONE INC, not VendingConnect. That is our parent company — same business, same people, one Stripe account. Your emailed receipt says VendingConnect Operator Network so you can match them up. We are telling you up front so you do not see an unfamiliar charge and wonder what it is.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Use the manage-subscription link in your Stripe receipt, or reply to any lead email and we will cancel you on the spot.
