Single serve

Traditional brewers

Free equipment, you buy the supplies.
Office coffee works a little differently from vending. The machine is usually placed at no charge as long as you buy your coffee and supplies through the operator.
- Equipment: typically free on a supply agreement, or low monthly rental for premium bean-to-cup units.
- Service and repairs: included, along with descaling and preventive maintenance.
- You pay for: coffee, tea, cups, lids, stir sticks, creamer, and sweetener.
- Common add-ons: filtered water lines, bottleless coolers, and cold brew on tap.

Coffee service questions
Is office coffee free like vending?
The equipment usually is. Unlike snack vending, where the operator earns from machine sales, coffee operators earn on the supplies you buy — so the brewer is placed free on a supply agreement.
What size office does this make sense for?
Roughly 15 people and up for a placed machine with scheduled delivery. Below that, most operators will still sell you supplies but may not place equipment for free.
Can we get espresso and lattes?
Yes. Bean-to-cup machines handle espresso, americano, latte, and cappuccino with fresh or powdered milk systems depending on the unit.
Do you handle water coolers too?
Most coffee operators also install bottleless filtered water coolers on the same agreement. Ask for it in your request.
